In the La Costa real estate market, it seems that La Costa condos have become the hot ticket–at least judging from the calls we’ve received the last few months.
Many of the callers are seeking second homes that are close to the beach, are near golf and tennis facilities, and that might also be rented during their absence. A few others are seeking vacation rental possibities that would provide nice income and would still allow them to visit and stay on occasion. These can typically be found at both the La Costa Chateaus the La Costa Villas.
It also helps that La Costa usually has a nice selection of condo inventory from which to choose–ranging from the ultra-spacious homes at the Jockey Club and Barrington Place–to any number of complexes that are adjacent to the La Costa golf course or which overlook the resort.
Prices for La Costa condos and townhomes generally range from the $200’s all the way up to and over a $million. Sizes range from a hotel-room sized studio (La Costa Villas) all the way up to a 4000+ square foot town home (Barrington Place)–with condos and townhomes in between.
