So what are our current clients seeking?
- A single family La Costa home with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, 2-baths and a decent sized yard priced at or under $600,000.
- A La Costa condo priced under $350,000 that will produce positive cash flow.
- A La Costa home with large yard (3 dogs) priced at or perhaps a bit over $600,000.
- An ocean view home in La Costa Oaks or La Costa Valley that has been nicely upgraded. Must have “presence.” Up to $1,700,000.
- A single level home for couple retiring from Los Angeles. 3-bedroom, or 2+office would work fine. Price up to $800,000.
- Single level, buffed out home, minimum of 3200 square feet with view. Up to $1.6 million.
What is the appeal of La Costa real estate?
Much of the appeal has to do with the abundant green space in Carlsbad, thanks to the City of Carlsbad which has decreed that 40 percent of all land shall be green space (golf vourses included). The award-winning schools are another attraction for families with kids.
Other attractions would include the La Costa Resort and Spa, around which much of La Costa has been built. Members there enjoy not only golf and world-class tennis, but a terrific athletic facility, yoga at the Chopra Center, fine dining and of course, treatments at the La Costa Spa.
