We love selling La Costa real estate, but even more, love living here.
A slice of life here might include a run with the dogs at Cadencia Park, a stop at Sprout’s Market for some groceries, a Saturday morning stroll through the Farmer’s Market at La Costa Canyon High School or early morning yoga at the Chopra Center/La Costa Resort. A favorite local hike would certainly be the one that follows the northern edge of Batiquitos Lagoon (pictured at left), followed by brisk walks at our local Ponto Beach.
The schools here–from elementary through high school–are excellent and the climate, of course, is arguably the best in the world.
Yesterday, son Mark Murphy emailed this photo to me and it reinforced once again my love for our local paradise.
Homes and condos in La Costa range from small studios at the La Costa Chateaus to large luxury homes in one of the La Costa Villages: La Costa Valley, La Costa Oaks, La Costa Greens and La Costa Ridge. Real estate here comes at a price that is commensurate with what the community and its environs have to offer. Condos generally start in the $300,000’s, while single family homes start in the upper $500’s and float well into the seven figures.
