Meadowridge in La Costa probably has some of the best home bargains in all Carlsbad–and some of the finest potential in La Costa real estate.
Built in the 1980’s when land was more plentiful, this townhome community is spread out on wide lawns, tree-lined streets and cul de sacs–and offers two pool plus tennis courts.
Many of the homes in Meadowridge have lovely views of the mountains to the east and north–and some offer sunset views to the west. All homes offer patios for relaxation and entertaining as well as attached garages. The is ample street parking on the wide streets.
There is a trend in Meadowridge to remodel these homes to meet current design standards. Many of these homes now feature granite kitchen surfaces, stone and wood flooring, stainless appliances, updated cabinetry and dual paned windows. Some buyers, however, would rather pay less and have the opportunity to create their own improvements.
Homes in Meadowridge range in size from 1350 to over 1700 square feet, with current prices ranging from the mid-$300’s to the mid-$400’s–all depending upon size, upgrades and location. All have tiled roofs.
